Shipping
We offer free shipping for NZ orders over $200 and Australian orders over $300.
Shipping within NZ for orders under $200 is a flat rate $10.
Shipping to Australia for orders under $300 is a flat rate $30.
Shipping to the UK & Europe is a flat rate of $40.
Shipping to the USA is a flat rate of $40.
Shipping in NZ can take between 2-5 days from when the order is processed and 7-10 days to Australia and the rest of the world.
All international shipments outside of New Zealand and Australia are sent via a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) service. The shipping rate covers postage and tracking only. Any local import duties, customs clearance fees, or regional taxes (such as VAT or GST) are the sole responsibility of the importer/recipient and must be handled at the destination border.
All orders will be dispatched within 1–2 days of being placed, and you will get an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Please allow extra time during busy periods and over holidays.
We use Post Haste and DHL for shipping and will provide you with the courier tracking number with your order confirmation.
** Please note: Due to our company operating with reduced hours and staff over holidays there may be delays in sending your order. Please also allow patience with our courier company as they will be closed on the public holidays.
Returns
Full Price items
To all our wonderful customers, thank you for shopping with us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily issue a refund or store credit within 14 working days of receiving your item(s) returned to us. Returned item(s) are to be returned in a neatly folded condition with tags and the correct packaging.
Please note Blackstone does not cover postage costs for returns.
Size exchange requests will be fulfilled if available.
Sale Items
Items marked on Sale can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Our returns time frame is 14 working days from when you have received your item. Returns must be in unworn condition and must have tags attached
Terms & Conditions
We will honour our obligations in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair-Trading Act 1986 accept returns of faulty goods.
By finalising a purchase through C&R Style Collective, you are entering into an electronic contract.
